They are relatively high in sodium 230 mgs for 100 calories is a 2.3:1 ratio so way over the guidelines. Also, most people eat these with a bun, and most, if not all buns, even whole grains ones, are even higher in sodium. Plus, they are pretty small in size, so my guess is most people will eat more than one, which raises the total sodium you would get from these even more. So, while these are not the worst ones at there by far, I wouldnt want to eat them too often.
