I have no problem with peanut butter as long as it is made from 100% peanuts and dry roasted.
Just be conscious of the calorie density as it is packed with calories and regardless of whether the food or is Good or Evil, calories count. 210 calories for 2 TB is pretty calorie rich
If you are shooting for 15-20% of calories to come from fat (which I think it is a good goal), than yes, you can have food that is over that amount as long as the total percentage for the day works out right for you. Be careful though, it doesnt take a lot of PB to drive up the percentage.
