I'm a vegan and I try to limit my fat intake to 15-20 per cent of my daily
calories. Usually I do the math for each food item, but I'm wondering how
you feel about peanut butter. Obviously, it is mostly fat, but do you think it's
okay if I scrimp on fat in some other areas in order to enjoy about 1-2
tablespoons of pb per day? Or is it almost as bad as eating a mouthful of
