Your talk was very informative and easy to follow. Thanks! I'm a vegan and I try to limit my fat intake to 15-20 per cent of my daily calories. Usually I do the math for each food item, but I'm wondering how you feel about peanut butter. Obviously, it is mostly fat, but do you think it's okay if I scrimp on fat in some other areas in order to enjoy about 1-2 tablespoons of pb per day? Or is it almost as bad as eating a mouthful of lard?? Here's the Trader Joe's Crunchy Unsalted Peanut Butter label info: Ingredients: Dry Roasted Peanuts Nutritional info for one serving (2 tablespoons): 210 calories (150 calories from fat) Sodium = 5 mg Thanks!
