If you are asking me about Flax Oil, I do not recommend humans to consume it in anyway.

However, before it became popular as a dietary supplement, there were many other good uses for it. These include being used as a paint thinner, as a wood finish, as a lubricant and is an excellent treatment for leather. Growing up, we used to rub it into our leather baseball mitts.
