Hi: I wondered if you might be able to help me with a question. I eat organic, ground, cold-pressed golden flaxseed every day. Probably about 2 Tablespoons worth in my Blueberry/Kale Smoothie. I have added Flax Oil before, but have been reading that all nutrients are removed. Would you give your advice please, and tell me if there is something healthful I can use it for? It sits in a dark glass bottle in my fridge, and is still the amber color that is recommended before it goes rancid? I have used it to make dressing with dry mustard as a base for a Kale/Cabbage/Carrot Salad and that was very good. Thanks for your time!
