Hello Jeff!:) First of all I would like to thank you for all the fantastic research you have done over the decades in the field of nutrition. I like your elegant sense of humour and watching your lectures and interviews is always an entertaining as well as educational experience. May I ask you about your view on soy sauce. There are many variations on the market nowdays - from traditional supermarket soy sauces to different types of Shoyu, Tamari and Liquid Aminos. Which ones, if any, would you recommend to use and why? Thank you. Best wishes Jan
