Hi Nick

Nuts can be part of a healthy diet but are in no way required. While I do not know what your issues are when you eat them, many people are actually allergic to "tree nuts" as they are one of the most common foods people are allergic to and that could be part of your problem.

If you are fine with seeds than you can include them in small amounts.
