I seem to have issues every time I eat nuts. I'm careful to always eat at most 1 oz per day, and to not eat them every day. I only eat them raw and shipped fresh (as fresh as nuts can be i supppose..) from CA. Having 1 T of flax seeds doesn't seem to bother me, and I don't have this problem when I eat avocados.
