Greetings, I think beans/legumes are a very healthy, nutrient dense, high satiety food. I have no real preferences in regard to which one is better than the other as I do not recommend people micro-manage their diets like that. Consume the ones you enjoy and a variety of them. The only one I would recommend limiting is the soy bean and there are several discussions here on why. The lentil, split pea, adzuki and mung bean may be easier for some to digest. In Health Jeff
