I use McCormick Butter Flavor. It has in it propylene glycol, artificial flavor, and yellow 5. I use it in oatmeal since no added salt and fats make most grains tasteless to me. I train in 110 degree weather for 1-2 hrs a day intensely and was having problems with nausea, cramps and fatigue. I could not complete the workouts. My coach told me to drink Gatorade. I haven't had those problems since and now recover much faster. Fruit alone gives me stomach cramps. I also sweat profusely in this weather. Any better ideas? My blood pressure runs low now and has never been elevated. I was told salt is toxic and should be avoided.
