Thanks for you Answer NAS... Before I ate a health oriented diet, I ate "from all" and although I ate a lot compared to others I was always a skinny kind of guy. It's not just a matter of "tallness" but also body complexion, the shoulder width, etc. In the last three years I have changed a lot the way my body looks, much more muscular but not gaining much weight. I even weigh less now than before (around 10 pounds less) but I'm rarely hungry because I do eat a lot. When I was eating almost purely fruit and veggies + some nuts and seeds I ate around 2500 calories. Well anyway, I'll keep eating more and exercising consistently, I just don't feel "great" on this plan and would like some advice to fine tune it. I wouldn't like to add "junk" just for calories, and I don't seem to advance on eating more fruit for calories because I've tried this for months to years without much success. Regards
