I don't recommend the use of any of these products. While there are several products under each brand name, they are all high in saturated fats, some as high as 30%. Regardless of the claims they make, adding somethig that is 30% Saturated fat will do little to help most people get their total saturated fat levels to below 7%. Adding plant sterols or omega 3s to an unhealthy product, doesnt make that product healthy. If it was neccessary to add either one of those two, there are much better and healthier delivery systems. The Smart choice is to skip the smart balance. :) In Health Jeff
