Dear Jeff, There's something that still makes a little bit uncomfortable about living healthfully and maybe there's a tip or two that you could share with me. I've been living a high fruit and greens lifestyle, and low fat for the last three years. Been working out to gain some muscle too, not much but some =) But I used to love more how my face looked, I've always been thinner than usual, but I wanted to live healthfully so my thinness didn't stop me to change my eating habits. I'm around 6 ft and weigh 122 pounds right now, being losing some lately, maybe due to stress and eating less therefore. I do some biking, hiking and running 2-3 times a week and some calisthenics and gymnastic-kind exercises 2-3 times a week too. I've been thinking about relaxing my eating habits a little bit more so that I can gain a few pounds, what kind of healthy and calorie-dense would you recommend to me ? Should I restrict my fat intake to less than 10% or 15% or should I be more liberal ? Anything else I'm all ears. I don't want to sacrifice my health at all but I also would like to look less thin. Thanks for your sensible and real-world approach to health =)
