Greetings I do not recommend that people micromanage their diets. I recommend that we focus on the foods that are healthy because of their overall profile and not just because of one or two nutrients or type of nutrients. A food should be a good choice because it is good for us, not because it is high in one area. When we choose foods that are healthy because of their overall nutrient profile, they tend to be complete in all areas. In Health Jeff
