I would love to get your opinion on the following foods: Polenta - I'm not sure but I don't think it's a whole grain anymore? Manna bread - yeast-free sprouted grain. i know it's calorie dense but i'm very skinny and coming off a fast. Just wondering what you think. Cashews/cashew butter - i know that all nuts are to be limited, but i've read about some people saying cashews are toxic? Thanks a lot!
