I've been thinking about your statement about being a health advocate vs veg advocate and the above question I posed to you and then I realized that maybe I totally misinterpreted what you were saying (hence the reason I asked for clarity.)

Now I'm thinking that what you meant by that is just because something is vegetarian or vegan doesn't automatically make it healthy. Something of course I knew all along with all the crap processed food that is marketed as 'healthy' and/or vegan. Just because it comes from a health food store does not make it healthy.

So is that the point you were trying to make?
