My bag of frozen peaches lists 10% iron per 2/3 cup (140g) serving. This makes no sense in relation to the 50 calories and 15% Vitamin C on the label, does it? They are just peaches, nothing else. The slices feel very light, like they may be partially dehydrated and taste iron-y, like dried peaches. When I check the cron-o, nothing with this result comes up. Should I trust it? Sorry to post so much, I hope you don't mind :) This forum is really helping me. I'm anemic ever since I gave birth, and I want to eventually stop taking my iron supplement soon.
