Hi, I've been reading this forum for hours since yesterday and i downloaded the Cron-o, mostly for fun but it is telling me I don't get enough B5. I usually eat 1 cup of cheerios every day, and the box says it has 25% B5, but Cron-o says it only has 6%. Which is it, and do I need to worry? I'm on 1200-1400 calories a day, so I need a concentrated source. Today I'm having 3 cups of cooked rice, which is 3x more than usual, and that still only has 25% of the RDI of 10mg. So I'm only up to 66% and I already typed in everything I'm planning on eating for the rest of the day. I've also been low on potassium and selenium both days. PS - I take a multi-vitamin anyway, but it would be good to know I'm getting everything I need from food for a while before I cut that out. Thank you so much!
