While blending can have some benefit, especially in those who have compromised ability to chew and digest foods, and in those trying to increase the amount of some foods... I think you can over do it.

I wouldnt recommend anyone without a specific related reason to blend most of their food. Chewing is a very immportant part of the digestion process, as it is a contributing factor in the process of satiety. And, its great exercise for your facial muscles and also part of the enjoyment of food.
