Subject:         This might be a weird question for Veg forum...but what about whey protein?

Sorry, I don't know who else to ask.
I do bodybuilding and it's pretty hard to get enough protein from plants.
Is there anything wrong with taking one supplement a day (20 grams) of pure whey protein isolate (no flavors or anything else, just whey protein isolate)? Is it unhealthy? Everywhere I look, people say it's good for you and that there are studies that show how healthy whey protein is.

Is it true?
