The answer is simple...

"Eat when you are hungry till you are comfortably full. Do not starve yourself and do not stuff yourself. Then, when you are hungry, eat again."

Hunger is a natural built in survival mechanism just like breathing and/or thirst. We should learn to listen to it and follow it. However, we have to learn what are the best foods to respond to hunger with.

So, the real issue is not how many times a day you eat, or at what time, or any other of this long standing myths. What matters most is the food you chose.

Choose wisely! And eat whenever you are hungry! :)
