Subject:         Chelated Vitamins vs Synthetic?

Mr. Novick:

Is it better to take whole food chelated vitamins instead of synthetically made vitamins? I've always taken high quality synthetic vitamins because I like knowing exactly what's in there. Whole Food Chelated Vitamins just list out the fruits/vegs that create the vitamin but no real nutrition facts. Is it correct that your body digests the chelated vitamins better?

Anyways I would LOVE your thoughts on this?
