Hi, Mr. Novick! I was a vegetarian for many years then when I became pregnant 3 years ago my OB scared me into eating meat (now I see how dumb that was). I have become vegetarian again and was wondering if I should do a detox/cleanse because of all the meat I was consuming? If so, what type of detox/cleanses do you recommend? What are your thoughts on the Master Cleanse/Lemondade detox?? Thank you!! PS I just watched Processed People and really enjoyed watching your commentaries. :)
