I've read a lot of junk on the web about phytates and how they can wreak havoc with vegetarians because they consume so many beans and whole grains and soy, and these are the foods that contain the most potent phytates. I've read that these phytates can inhibit zinc absorption and cause many problems. Jeff, is this anything to worry about when consuming a whole-food low fat vegan diet? Thanks a bunch, take care
