Hi Jeff,

I don't eat a lot of processed foods but I do love my pasta and don't want to give it up.

In your opinion does it make any sense to at least eat whole wheat or pasta made from brown rice instead of the cheap white stuff? Of course I realize it's still processed but perhaps with healthier ingredients?

I've recently tried brown rice pasta and was quite surprised how good it tasted (meaning there wasn't a lot of difference from white pasta) but at 3X to 4X the cost I want to know if from a health stand point its worth the extra money?

If you eat pasta what type do you eat?
