Hi Jeff, As a VLF Vegan, I don't consume foods fortified w/ B12. For many years I have been taking a B12 supplement and placing it under my tongue as recommended (also consume 3 tsp of red star fortified nutritional yeast). However after reading the terrific reference to the B12 research you provided, I read with great interest in a study that showed a greater absorption rate if the tablets are chewed. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks. Best, herman |
