Hi Andy, Without knowing your personal situation, including bloodwork, etc, I could not tell you what would be "appropriate" for you. However, B12 is relatively non toxic and the human body only absorbs a percentage of what is taken in, so larger amounts are not toxic. Since the product you found is a powder, you should adjust the amount to what you think is sufficient. Again, I can not make any personal recommendations to anyone on a public message board. In regard to the bigger picture, I recommend that those who chose to follow a stict vegan diet without any fortified foods to get their B12 levels checked and their MMA levels. What they should do, will be dependent on their results. While I understand it is a lengthy article, I linked to it because I recommend that people really try and understand these situations and issues and the best way to do that is to take the time to learn about these issues. It is our bodies and our health and we should all be the experts on these issues. In Health Jeff
