sorry not having found the time to go through the lengthy document yet. I had not wanted individual recommendation but general information whether my "thought" on cutting the daily dosage to meet RDI was correct. I just cannot see why I should get thousandfold amounts of B12, but maybe the article will help me find out. So I'll read the article and only in the case that my question remains will get back to you.
