Hi Jeff,

it's me again... I hope this isn't off-topic. After looking for supplements here in Germany, I've stumbled over the following product:

A powder which contains 1000 mcg Cyanocobalamin per gram. One gram per day is recommended. Isn't it right that a much smaller dosage, such as a hundredth of a gram daily (10 mcgs of B12) dissolved under the tongue should suffice? Would that be a proper procedure? Health authorities approve 3 mcgs as a completely adequate amount to fit one's demand, don't they?

Just want to make sure this will be okay.
