Subject:         B12 from algae

Hi there,

strictly vegan, I would like to discontinue taking pills and am looking for B12-alternatives.
I love the taste of wakame algae and just learned it allegedly contains B12. Does anyone know whether this is the case, how high its content is and whether it can be properly absorbed? I've seen some controversy whether it really is B12 or just some analogue to which the tests react.

Any help is appreciated!
