Greetings, When looking at diet and dietary patterns, I prefer to look at the bigger picture and not individual foods as single cause or single cures. However, soy may be an exception. There are several discussion in this forum below and at my website about soy. Soy is not a health food nor is it required in ones diet. If used at all, it should be nothing more than a condiment and included in small amounts and in in least processed forms. In Health Jeff
