Hi Nick, I am not sure I understand the question. However... Are buckwheat sprouts healthy and good to eat? Yes. Are buckwheat groats healthy to cook and good to eat? Yes. >>I've heard somewhere that during the sprouting process fungus/bacteria can grow, etc. Bacteria and mold can be a problem on any food item that is not handled under proper conditions.
