to eat leftovers? For example when I cook something like pasta sauce or homemade soup with no oil and lots of veggies I usually make extra so there's enough for 2 or 3 more meals. Putting convenience aside, from a nutritional point of view as well as health is this alright to do on a regular basis or do you think it's wiser to make only enough for one meal so there is no leftovers?
