Two possible sources of problems --

-1- If your computer has limited memory and/or processing speed, reboot your computer, try to ensure that only your browser is running (kill other programs, if any) and try again.

-2- Network speed and/or vegsource server load can be issues. Try viewing at less busy times. Early morning or very late EDT/PDT. Alternatively, if you know how, download the video as a .flv file and view it offline.

I had problems with network speed issues on the main page (80 minute) video. Worked great when I downloaded.

Both problems are more severe with the Q&A video, as Jeff from vegsource posted it raw, as a favor. Therefore, it is a relatively high resolution .mov file (rather than a more compressed .flv file) and takes more bandwidth & processing power. I had to download it, too. Works fine now.

Sorry, I couldn't tell you how to download. Depends on your software and skill levels. I don't even run Windows or Mac OS, so my ways wouldn't work for you.
