Greetings, I can't comment on your specific situation, however, in general, the best place to get your water is the way nature intended, from the foods you eat, like fresh fruits, veggies, starchy veggies, whole grains and legumes. These foods are 70-90% water. Compare this to the typical American diet which is full of refined and processed foods which can be as little as 3-5% water. So, make sure you are eating a high water content diet. a healthy diet, and including lots of healthy unrefined unprocessed foods, your intake of water goes up due to the high water content of the food you are eating.
