Lately, I have been smothering my (large)salad with brewers yeast since it makes it tasty and has a lot of vitamins. I put probably 3 tablespoons of the powder and mix it in. I eat this every day. Is it a good idea? Also, what is a good source of vitamin e and calcium. Is it a good idea to take supplements of vitamin e? What is your opinion of vitamin d supplements that I have been hearing alot about lately? Thanks
