Hi Nick Changing out habits and tastes buds take time, but will happen if we are consistant with our efforts over time. Not only will we begin to appreciate the taste of whole natural foods more, we will lose our desire for unhealthy items, like salt, fat, etc While you are going through this process of adaption (or re-adaption), to help you in the change, you could look towards some of the cookbooks/recipes that come from those who promote a healthy, lower fat, sodium and sugar lifestyle (McDuugall, Esselstynn, Fuhrman, etc) Personally, I can not think of a better tasting food than a plain baked/steamed sweet potato, as is. :) In Health Jeff
