In regard to Vitamin D

As Vitamin D is fat soluble, the human body has the capacity to store Vitamin D for long periods in the body.

If someone is choosing to follow a 100% vegan diet and lifestyle than it is recommended that they include a reliable source of B12, either from supplements of fortified foods.
