Hi Jeff,

If one wanted to add in a little bit of animal products into their diet then what would your recommendations be?

I am thinkin about either fish, meat, milk, cheese (raw), yogurt, free range organic eggs

Which animal products would u definitely avoid?


P.S. do u really believe or think that small amounts of some animal products added to the diet here and there thruout the year, but not everyday, is really harmful to one's health??? If plant foods were so complete in nutrition, then we wouldn't have to supplement w/vitamin d and vitamin b12 would we? and people would also be gettin sicker and dying faster w/all the animal products they consume which is what majority of society eat!
