I really appreciate VegSource making the videos of your presentation and Q&A session available. I thought I was a pretty good shopper, but I learned a lot more.

Checked out your web site and the articles on the Pritikin site and found them valuable too.

Please write a book! Your depth of knowledge, along with your sense of humor, makes for a winning approach to difficult material.
