Sorry, let me try and clarify (although you pretty much answered my question ;) ) by success, i just meant that I've been feeling great, lots of energy, improved athletic performance, etc. When I mentioned nutridiary levels, I just meant that when I plugged in my meals, I was well below the recommended protein level of .36 per lb. Instead of around 50-60 g I'm eating around 20-30. I'm very interested in natural hygiene and getting a significant amount of calories from fruits. I believe I eat enough total calories from whole foods, but was just wondering if you thought the .36 per lb of body weight was not something we necessarily need to meet, if getting below that figure (only 5-9% of total calories) was okay.
