Subject:         Kombucha - Fermented foods in general

Hey, just wondering what the deal is with the "raw" kombucha that is popping up in health stores. For that matter, what do studies tell us (if anything) about fermented foods? I sometimes make an almond "yogurt" and i know some who recommend sourdough breads, etc.
