Hey, just wondering what the deal is with the "raw" kombucha that is popping up in health stores. For that matter, what do studies tell us (if anything) about fermented foods? I sometimes make an almond "yogurt" and i know some who recommend sourdough breads, etc. Thanks Jeff!
