Hey. We've been blown away by your lecture. Pierre & I have been vegetarian for 25 years (vegan for last 7) we make most of our food from scratch (a broad based plant diet) paying attention to fat sources, salt and sugar. Our treats include Guiltless Gourmet baked blue corn chips. Usuing your ratio of 1gm fat = 9 calories we divided the # of fat Cal by the total # of serving Cal & multiplied by 100 - 27/190x100=14.2% of calories from fat. Is this formula right? We are Canadian and don't have the Cal from Fat nutritional info on products here. The thing to watch with this food is salt ;n) Thanks for looking out for us! Jan & Pierre
