Jeff, OK. So I now undersatnd you NOT to specifically limit fat calories as a percent of total calories in a particular food. You mentioned that some people do and then picked 20% as an arbtrary example. You REALLY target limiting, (or maybe, eliminating) the total amount consumed of saturated fat, hydrogenated fat, trans fat, and tropical oils as well as sodiim and refined sugar. But over what time period? Are you measuring that as 5% percent of total calories in a given food, meal or day or are you saying to eliminate it completely? Stephen
