Thank You.

in relation to his recommendations. I really enjoy your articles in
his newsletters!!
I taught him everything he knows!! :)
Just kidding. Joel and I go back a ways, and have worked together
over the years. I Have nothing but the utmost respect for him and
the work he does. It was an honor to introduce him at the
VegSource conference. Our outlooks are very similar as are our
recommendations.
>>Do you really eat all your food fresh?
I do my best.
>>What do you think of the prepackaged cruciferous veggies and
the packaged raw spinach? According to the labels on them, they
are truly just vegetables.
Yes, But wash them good. Even if they say, "pre washed".
For the record... we have a "kosher" program going on right now,
and several varieties of lettuce have to be washed extra carefully
due to the bugs, worms, etc that are hidden in the leaves. We buy
some bags of prewashed lettuce, and have a rabbi on staff for the
program who then passes the lettuce through a light box to see if
there are any bugs. Even on prewashed lettuce he finds lots of
bugs and worms.
So, for all those vegans.. take note!
In Health
Jeff
