Thanks. I appreciate your interest. However, I myself am not a fan of the approach of looking for individual foods that are high in certain nutrients especially because these foods may have certain "effects" or "benefits," as you mentioned above. IMH(P&P)O it is an allopathic approach to nutrition and not one I practice. A healthy diet should provide all the required nutrients without having to look for specific foods that are high in specific nutrients. If someone is looking for a specific food to provide them with some high level of some nutrient, it usually means that they think this nutrient may be lacking and the reason it may be lacking is because the overall diet or food choices may not be adequate. This may not represent your situation, however, it is what I usually see. Having said that, if you would like to see which fruits are the highest in any nutrient, I recommend you go to www.nutritiondata.com and register for their free site. Once you do, you can use their nutrient search tool which is the best online tool to answer your questions. Choose the nutrient you are looking for under the "find foods that are highest in" window, then set the window "and are lowest in" to "calories" and then set the "based on levels in" to "200 calorie serving" and then set the "within" window to the food group you want. in this case it would be fruits. You will then see a chart listing the results. In Health Jeff
