In regard to soy, there are several discussions on this board in regard to soy, that you can read if you scroll down that will address your question.

In regard to your personal situation, as I have expressed here several times to you, I think your ongoing personal needs are outside the scope of a public message board such as this one.

Therefore, I highly recommend you find a sympathetic health care professional to work with your on a one to one basis over time.
