I can't have soy and oat & rice milk is higher in calories. Unsweetened Rice milk is higher in Carbs than the almond & if I remember right oat milk is higher in fat. Let's not even talk about hemp milk (all round decadence).

I have used water on dry cereal before, but it lacks a certain something...like flavor and texture.
I use 8 to 16 ounces of non-dairy beverage a day. If I understand what I've read here, this means I've used up all my fat allowance with just 2 cups of wet stuff! I hope I've miss understood, but thanks for the guidance either way.
