I use these occationally (when I get home to late to make and pack the next day's lunch, I toss one in my lunch box with some fruit & veggies). Are they ok, or should I stick to my other short cut stand by - half a can of garbanzo beans? Gardenburger's "Garden Vegan" Veggie Patties: Bulgur wheat hydrated, Water, Textured wheat gluten, Cooked Brown Rice, Onions, Mushrooms.
