i hardly live in a northern climate (maryland) and get more sun outside then most people my age. summer time 3-6 hours a day. yet i am very fair skinned and found out my vit D levels are on the low side. 35 when my nutritionist said over 50 for minimum. i am not sure i can afford to see her. are there better sources then some for absorption? i was supplementing 450% with half D2 and half D3. i used to not really supplement in summer time since i've read 15 mins a day is all you need. not me!
